Grief therapy can help gently challenge your comfort zone as a mourner, and adjustment to your new experience in life Most importantly grief therapy provides clients a hands-on interactive way of find continued bonds to the deceased. Continued bonds, the forever attachment to the deceased can be maintained and even strengthened through EMDR and Play Therapy. Resilient Minds Counseling believes that within each client is innate resilience and the capacity for healing within, to support that believe Resilient Minds Counseling utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) often in their therapeutic approach. EMDR is a transformative modality that places the client in control of their journey. In this safe, non-invasive, structured yet flexible framework, EMDR helps the address and resolve emotional wounds, which promotes healing and personal growth.
