I was born, raised, and currently reside in Gresham, OR. I have been in various and overlapping seasons of life (some presently) a wife, mother, Christian, single mom, chronic pain-affected, obese, vegan, cisgendered person. I particularly enjoy working with middle-aged women seeking to better understand and value themselves, through the lens of the AIP model.
