About Me
I'm a warm and relational therapist specializing in PTSD, neurodivergence and OCD. I love using EMDR and incorporate it with other modalities depending what works best for you. We might do parts work, somatic therapy, ERP, ACT or general talk therapy. Many of the people I work with identify as neurodivergent (HSP, Autistic, ADHD, etc.).
Education & Experience
I have training in somatic therapy, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention. I seek ongoing training and consultation in EMDR and am 5 consultation hours away from certification.
