Stephanie Squitieri, LCSW

EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

About Me

I specialize in working with people who have experienced upsetting events and need help moving forward. Upsetting events can unknowingly cause us to form negative beliefs about ourselves. I can help you work towards resolving these negative beliefs so that you can begin to see yourself for who you really are, being more aware of your needs and therefore helping you achieve what is important to you. My passion is using EMDR therapy, as I find it most impactful in creating change. However, I also use components of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, attachment theory, family systems theory, emotionally focused couples therapy and Gottman theory. **Not currently accepting clients**
