About Me
My mission is to create a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore and navigate their unique life journey. I believe in collaborative and client centered approaches, tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I worked together with clients to explore, understand, and develop effective coping strategies to their challenges. I am a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ community and or are seeking support for issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation. In my practice I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment for individuals from all walks of life.
Education & Experience
In my time as a therapist, I have been trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing EMDR, cognitive-behavioral theory CBT, dialectical behavior theory DBT, hypnosis, mindfulness, and acceptance commitment theory. My work experience includes psychotherapy, palliative care, medical social work, substance misuse disorder.
