About Me
After completing my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Syracuse University, I decided to leave my hometown of Syracuse, New York to explore life in Las Vegas, Nevada and later Concord, New Hampshire. After years of moving back and forth across the country, I found my final home in Denver—a city that perfectly feeds my love for both culture and the great outdoors. Here, I find balance in the mountains, snowboarding, spending time with my dogs and connecting with my closest friends and girlfriend. These experiences ground me, offering the same sense of adventure and fulfillment that I strive to help my clients find in their own lives. I’m here to help you regain hope in your mental health journey. Based in Denver, Colorado, I provide in-person therapy in Denver and virtual therapy for clients in Nevada and New Hampshire.
Education & Experience
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship wounds, and reproductive distress, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR and EMDR 2.0, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), CBT, and DBT. Treatment is tailored to the individual, keeping therapy practical, grounded, and effective. For men and women, I help clients manage anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship challenges through a blend of EMDR, IFS, and skills-based approaches. Therapy focuses on reducing self-criticism and emotional overwhelm while building regulation, insight, and healthier patterns of connection. For those navigating reproductive or fertility challenges—including infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and postpartum changes—I provide specialized, trauma-informed support focused on grief processing, emotional resilience, and relationship stability. These transitions can feel isolating, but with the right care, healing and balance are possible.
