About Me
Opening up about your feelings can be daunting, but embracing vulnerability is crucial for healing and making a difference for yourself and your loved ones. Since 2005, I have worked with individuals and families to address life’s challenges through a client-centered approach. By reinforcing strengths and developing new skills, I promote resilience and hope. I use evidence-based methods like EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Seeking Safety, and mindfulness to support each client’s unique journey toward healing and growth.
