I am a registered psychotherapist, certified EMDR practitioner, a clinical trauma-informed hypnotherapist, a certified executive, mentor, and diversity coach, a leadership trainer, and business consultant.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Arts in counselling psychology degree and a current registration with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I also am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and the IFEBP.
