HEAL YOUR LIFE AND LIVE YOUR DREAMS There is deep within the heart of all human souls a desire to help others. It is simply there, and it is a given. The challenge is that we often try to help others without first helping ourselves. We may try to heal our lives by focusing on healing something outside ourselves before we heal within. I have been on a very long journey to healing my life and living my dreams. I have been a licensed therapist for almost 40 years. I actually discovered Psychology in High School and I have been working on myself ever since then. It has been an amazing and wild journey to wholeness. AND, I have figured out how to help my clients heal much faster than being in decades of therapy. Further, as we do heal, we get in touch with our dreams and our dreams almost always have a component of making the world a better place. I promise to meet YOU where YOU are with a holistic approach looking at your issues on all levels: emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, financial, and intellectual. I go beyond traditional long-term talk therapies and empower you with a wide variety of effective modalities such as guided visualization, psychodrama, animal assisted therapy, EMDR, spiritual intelligence coaching and more. I utilize EMDR with almost every client now because it is so effective. I provide a safe and supportive environment for exploring and resolving obstacles to your growth and wellbeing. I will guide you on your journey back to your truest and deepest self. I recently moved to Loveland from Evergreen, Colorado. I offer a unique pay scale in that you can bring a friend with you and you split the cost of the session. The issues that get in the way of our Hero’s Journey are almost always very similar.
