About Me

For the past 20 years, I have been blessed to learn, listen to, and support individuals, couples and families as they walk through the griefs and joys of living. With the practice of EMDR, we can lean into the body's wisdom to co-steward and integrate that which is believed to have been lost in the fires of living. My expertise and focus with EMDR lies in supporting parents with early childhood wounding, as well as Mothers' experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety (PMAD) difficulties. As a mother of 3 children, I understand the complexities of balancing the needs of home/work/community. I also know that sometimes we are driven to therapy to care for ourselves as we experience our own parenting conflicts, shame, guilt, and struggles. With the wisdom of the body and somatic approaches like EMDR, we do the hard work of shifting intergenerational legacies of burdens into strengths and gifts for the next generations to come.
