About Me
Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing virtual therapy to adults throughout California. I specialize in working with trauma, dissociation, eating disorders, and related concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and challenges with self-esteem and body image. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, integrating EMDR and the Flash Technique with somatic, parts-based, and mindfulness practices, using evidence-based approaches to support nervous system healing and create positive, lasting change in your life. As an immigrant myself, I have a special interest in supporting first- and second-generation immigrants. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative and supportive process, and I strive to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can be authentic and work toward meaningful change.
