About Me

At 17, I enlisted in the United States Air Force where I was able to grow, travel, and pursue schooling for 6 amazing years. My experiences throughout my life led to me getting my Master of Social Work degree at the University of West Florida and obtaining EMDR training in 2023. I believe that a relationship with one's therapist should be comfortable, friendly, and productive. I work to build a relationship with each client that allows space for them to feel safe sharing their thoughts and feelings without judgement, encouraging the work to be done, and for each person to leave every session feeling as though they are closer to achieving their goals.  Therapy can be scary and intimidating, which is why my goal is to challenge each person to grow while helping them appreciate the process along the way. Therapy is not linear and comes with ebbs and flows. By facilitating a safe and comfortable relationship with each client, I help to foster a space where we can face each challenge together and come out feeling better than before.
