Tania Valtierra, LMFT
About Me
I specialize in supporting high-achieving women of color who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, stress, relationship issues, and major life transitions — including motherhood, career changes, and redefining success on their own terms. Together, we work to unlearn burnout culture, heal from intergenerational patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self. With over 12 years of clinical experience I bring a culturally humble, affirming, and empowering approach to therapy. As a bilingual, first-generation Latina therapist, I understand what it’s like to move through multiple worlds — and the emotional toll it can take. You don’t have to navigate this alone. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness with deep respect for your lived experience, culture, and identity. I offer therapy that’s not just clinically sound — but human, honest, and healing. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to support you.
