About Me
I believe each person is the content expert of their life and each person embodies the pearls of wisdom within them to make the changes in their life. I am comfortable holding the space for honest and raw emotion with empathy, compassion, and understanding. I utilize reflective listening, educational tools, external resources, guided / somatic exercises, and humor to support emotional healing and personal growth. I support individuals in recognizing and understanding their journey as part of their resilience and strength. I support people to recognize and change patterns of behavior and communication which can result in feelings of control, achieving goals and getting your needs met. I support people struggling with life transitions, family dynamics, difficult relationships, trauma, and/or feeling stuck in life.
