About Me
I am a founding partner at a large mental health firm in Asheville, NC. I have lived in the southern Appalachian Mountains for over 20 years and opened my business in 2014.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Antioch College in 2006 with a bachelors in arts and earned my MSW from UNC Chapel Hill in 2006. I have practiced EMDR since 2011 and have been an Approved Consultant since 2023. I am currently working in an outpatient setting and am the clinical director of the Therapy Department at my practice. I have a special interest in eating disorders, endocrine disorders, working with first responders and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
