About Me
You’ve survived! Now it’s time to thrive. If you’ve experienced complex PTSD or carry the emotional weight of generational trauma, you might feel like you're stuck in survival mode, numb, over-alert, disconnected, or confused about your sense of self. I specialize in helping people who have experienced chronic, layered trauma that isn’t always easy to name, but is deeply felt. I believe healing from complex trauma isn’t about “fixing” yourself, it’s about reclaiming the parts of you that were silenced, shamed, or hidden for survival. Together, we’ll build a compassionate relationship with your nervous system, memories, and emotions, so you can start living instead of just coping. If you're tired of being told to "move on" or "just let it go," you're not alone. You deserve a space where your trauma is not minimized, and your healing is not rushed. Therapy is where your story will be honored, your strengths recognized, and your healing supported!
