About Me
My name is Terry-Ann Wint and I am an EMDR trauma-informed therapist. I began my career over 20 years ago, first, working with children in the foster care system and I now using the same skills to guide my independent practice. I use a strength-based, holistic, and client-centered approach to empower clients to feel more in control of their lives and emotions. I've worked both with teens and adults for over seven years gain the necessary skills to better manage depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I provide a safe space to allow clients to safely explore their thoughts and feelings and use mind/body techniques to teach people various stress relieve coping skills. I am also a very warm, engaging, and empathetic person and I connect well with others.
