About Me
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trained in numerous treatment modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions for individuals ages 12 and up. My previous tenure as a public high school English teacher inspired me to pursue my interest in becoming a licensed mental health provider. Since 2011, in private practice in Monmouth County, NJ offering in-person and virtual appointments.
