About Me
Born in Vietnam and raised in the U.S. since age 12, I’m a bilingual (Vietnamese-English) storyteller, connector, and forever student of life. I bring a big heart and a bicultural lens into everything I do—especially when helping others explore their identity and resilience. When I’m not deep in conversation or guiding folks through growth and healing, I’m out hiking, snapping photos, or soaking up the quiet wisdom of nature. I love talking with people and swapping stories. Teaching lights me up. Learning keeps me humble. I’m here for connection, curiosity, and all the moments that remind us we’re beautifully human. As a trauma-informed and culturally responsive counselor, I support teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity-related stress. I specialize in working with BIPOC clients and draw from evidence-based approaches like ACT, EMDR, and IFS to help people build insight, process pain, and reconnect with their inner strength.
