About Me

I work with a wide range of adult clients who are either starting therapy for the first time or have explored other approaches but feel they haven't fully uncovered the root of their challenges. I work with adults in helping them navigate trauma, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, PTSD, and ADHD. I also have experience supporting individuals through a variety of other struggles. I am licensed in NY, NJ, NC, CA and CO.
