I am certified in both EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in the following: stress management, trauma, ptsd, anxiety, perinatal mental health, pregnancy/postpartum anxiety/depression, and women's issues. I use a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. I am an ally to the LGBTQI+ population. I current accept Private Pay and Aetna clients. I am paneled with Cigna/Evernorth and utilize headway for current clients with United however, I am not accepting new Cigna/Evernorth or United clients at this time.
