About Me

I'm Dr. Tiff Lanza, LCSW, M.Ed., CST, CSE. I am licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida; providing EMDR therapy for adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma treatment with clients navigating complex trauma, identity development, and the intersections of gender, sexuality, disability, Autism, ADHD, and lived experience. My work is grounded in identity-affirming, anti-oppressive practice, with particular focus on LGBTQIA+, Autistic, ADHD, chronically ill, and intellectually and disabled populations. I work with survivors of relational, systemic, and medical trauma. I am experience in working with clients whose trauma histories are layered, developmental, and often misunderstood in traditional therapeutic settings. I work with clients ages 12 to adulthood who are seeking identity-affirming, neuro-affirming, and sex positive EMDR with a clinician who can hold complexity, nuance, and sexuality as an integrated part of healing.

Education & Experience

I hold a dual Master's degree from Widener University in Social Work and Human Sexuality. I completed my doctoral studies in Human Sexuality, where my research examined how therapists incorporate sexuality into clinical work with child survivors of sexual abuse. My clinical experience centers on trauma work and empower of the following communities: LGBTQIA+, physically and intellectually Disabled, Chronically ill, Autistic, ADHD, People of the Global Majority, and survivors of sexual trauma. This background informs my EMDR work by emphasizing bodily autonomy, consent, identity development, and nervous system regulation across the lifespan.
