Only Telehealth Sessions. Licensed nearly 30 years, I have worked in several inpatient and outpatient settings in both the public and private sectors. I worked primarily with adults. I have an extensive background in treating those suffering from trauma (combat, abuse, assaults, complex trauma), mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, sometimes transgender issue, assist with ways to monitor medication (for those on medication)and help those to articulate medication issues to prescribers, grief, and identify clients for a potential diagnosis of ADHD. I utilize CBT, Solution-Focused, and EMDR.
