Toni Culcasi, LPC
About Me
Therapy is a great way to journey side-by-side with someone to encourage your personal growth. It takes courage to invite others to learn about your goals and barriers; it is a privilege for me to be there as a support. I have been able to gain experience working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, ODD, bipolar I and II, OCD, chronic pain, and self-esteem building. I value multiple approaches to therapy with the knowledge that each client may benefit from something different. In addition to talk therapy, CBT worksheets, and reprocessing through EMDR, I enjoy integrating creative influences such as mindfulness, music, and books in order to enhance personal growth.
