About Me

I enjoy working with my clients to take an active role in their personal growth and recovery through honest and open discussion; to co-create a therapeutic relationship wherein people feel accepted and understood; where the boundaries and expectations about therapy are clear. I am licensed in California and Colorado and can see clients in either state via telehealth (I also see clients in-person in CA).
