About Me
I believe individuals and couples seek therapy to resolve challenging life events, painful relationships, and suffering. Because of this, I feel deeply privileged that my clients welcome me into this conversation. It is my goal to help you accept your pain and lead you to become more intimate with yourself and others. My practice aims to help my clients find authenticity and learn healthy coping behaviors to balance life's joy and suffering. I am collaborative, empathic and driven. I believe in utilizing client strengths and internal wisdom to help them create the life they want to live.
Education & Experience
In 2011, I graduated with a Masters of Science in Psychology, clinical emphasis, from Eastern Washington University. I also hold a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from California Polytechnic University, where I graduated in 2007.
