Education & Experience

I graduated from an APA-accredited program with a doctorate in psychology. I have experience working in schools with children and with adults in community mental health settings. I have been in private practice for 9 years and am focused on working with adults with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and challenges navigating various life transitions. Many of these challenges go back to childhood trauma and adverse experiences that need to be processed. I also have some training in Internal Family Systems and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
