I am the clinical director at Ellie Mental Health - Katy. I tend to incorporate systems theory and a humanistic attachment approach to help individuals, couples, and families develop insight, self compassion, and wisdom to navigate life’s challenges and reach their goals. I have extensive training in attachment theory, ADHD treatment, and emotionally focused couples therapy.
