Education & Experience

Dr. Lo works with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a multitude of issues. She is experienced in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. She is an Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDR Consultant-in-Training, an IFS-trained Therapist and a trained teacher in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy via the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Dr. Lo takes a holistic and integrated approach to mental health treatment. She utilizes a range of modalities in her practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Play Therapy, and other mindfulness-based approaches.
