Online Therapy Services for Illinois My professional focus has always been on helping people heal and move past barriers in their lives. I choose trainings and specializations according to what I see as the most effective for change and evidence-based in the field. I am trauma-informed and I use this knowledge to help clients explore the different chapters of their lives and notice experiences that were impactful to who they are today. I use a blend of theoretical models to help clients understand how they became stuck in certain beliefs or behaviors at their current stage of life. I incorporate a lot of validation and empowerment as I believe that we all want healing and will naturally move toward wholeness. Most clients either come to me with some knowledge of experiences that have shaped them, possibly in the form of trauma, abuse, or neglect, or they find that their current symptoms, such as relationship, work , sleeping, eating, anxiety, or depressive issues are at the surface and they don't understand why this is so prominent in their lives. I consider it a privilege to help clients navigate those uncertainties and find answers that lead to overall wellbeing.
