Education & Experience

I have lived in a number of different areas throughout the United States, I received my graduate degree from the University of New England in Maine and I specialized in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder & worked specifically with individuals living in a homeless shelter during this period of time. Post-graduation I spent 3 years in Arkansas & had the opportunity to work in private practice with a competent and compassionate psychiatrist DR. Shamshad Haroon MD. This provided me with a sound understanding of a variety disorders i.e. (sensory processing disorders, Asperger disorder, ADHD, mood disorders/bipolar disorders). This provided me with a sound understanding of medications their side effects and the best way to collaborate with medication providers and improve the outcomes of clients/patients.
