About Me

Over 10 years of experience helping adults, teens and families in crisis. I'm a bilingual Spanish speaking counselor. I use a psychodynamic approach to help my clients explore deeper layers of themselves. A psychodynamic approach allows us to bring awareness to early childhood experiences and the impact on my client's personality and relationships. We are then better able to understand and process life's traumatic events using EMDR.
