About Me

I am an EMDR and Schema Therapist who believes in the power of deep inner transformation. I support people who have experienced loss, emotional exhaustion, traumatic events, or simply feel “stuck” at a difficult point in life. My clients often say, “I’ve tried everything, but nothing really helped.” That’s where our work begins — gentle, yet profound. I use EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Emotionally Focused approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward. This is a space where you won’t be judged, dismissed, or pushed. A place to exhale, turn inward, and choose yourself.
