About Me

Congratulations for having the courage to take the first step toward your healing, transcendence and transformation! Sometimes life isn't fair, or its confusing, or worse, hurtful and traumatizing. Whether the source of your distress originates from early experiences, heredity influences or traumatic events, it can set in motion patterns to which one can be blind but painfully affected. I would be honored to guide, educate and accompany you on your healing path as you identify the sources of distress, process through traumatic experiences or strategize and implement more effective ways of being. My practice is solely Telehealth for Calif-residing folks and EMDR works well with the distance. I have opted out of providing therapy for Medicare individuals.
