I am a 1st generation Chinese American who honors cultural heritage with humility and curiosity. My passion is in helping women say the things that feel too hard to say; things like, "NO," "I am not OK," "I am OK," "STFU!" Saying the truth feels impossible…because of the feared consequences: conflict, hurt feelings, tension, abandonment, judgment. Or maybe you don’t even KNOW what you want to say…just that something is very very wrong.
