About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria Reyna. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). I hold a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services with a concentration in Addiction Studies from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Master of Science in Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock.

Education & Experience

My focus is on helping individuals navigate the challenges of trauma, anxiety disorders, and OCD. If you’re facing these struggles, remember you’re not alone, and there’s hope for a brighter, more fulfilling future. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These approaches are effective tools that we can use together to address and alleviate your concerns.
