About Me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and life’s most challenging experiences. With training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I specialize in guiding clients through evidence-based trauma treatment that fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and long-lasting change. My clinical approach is both compassionate and collaborative, rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for recovery and growth. I integrate EMDR with complementary therapeutic methods, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of the person Over the course of my career, I have worked with diverse populations in clinical, forensic, and educational settings. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to connect with people from all walks of life and to approach treatment with both cultural sensitivity and clinical precision. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. At the heart of my work is the goal of helping people move from surviving to thriving — reclaiming their sense of self, building healthier relationships, and rediscovering hope for the future.
