Sharon is a bilingual (English/Mandarin) psychotherapist licensed in New York and New Jersey. Based in a group practice near Koreatown, Manhattan, she specializes in working with young adults in their 20s and 30s, particularly international students and individuals navigating Asian mental health concerns. With extensive clinical experience in nonprofit organizations and hospital outpatient settings across NYC, Sharon has provided individual, family, and group therapy to ethnically and culturally diverse clients ranging from early childhood to late adulthood. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, intimacy challenges, low self-esteem, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and self-exploration. Sharon takes a culturally sensitive approach, particularly when working with Asian/Asian-American and other BIPOC individuals.
