Yaffa Goldbaum, LPC

(She, her, hers )
Preferred Name: Yaffa

About Me

My aim is for you to discover preferred ways of orienting and moving through your life. My intention is to be an active partner with you to reduce distress, cultivate a healthy mind, body, spirit connection, and develop the capacity to meaningfully engage in here-and-now life and relationships. My focus is to build upon your individual strengths, enhance self-care efforts, and enrich any resources and supports already in place. I view the therapeutic relationship as central to the treatment process. Therapy sessions are personalized based upon your needs and preferences. I honor every part that encompasses you. I am dedicated to showing up with integrity, respect, and an openness to learn from you.

Education & Experience

I draw from a broad range of disciplines and take a holistic approach to healing and wellbeing. Many of the interventions I offer are experiential – they allow you to embody your preferred ways of being, rather than just imagine it. I have particular expertise in supporting adults with traumatic stress and disordered eating. Bellevue University, Master of Science in Clinical Counseling, 2017
