About Me
Connecting with ourselves can be difficult, but we can’t give what we don’t have. The complex emotions of anger, resentment, and loneliness paired with high expectations can feel like an overwhelming and never-ending burden. I work with high achievers with histories of trauma who often find themselves compromising and struggling to create balance in their lives. I help my clients connect with their inner needs and validate their emotions. I help them find ways to reenergize, and increase their emotional battery in order to nurture the significant relationships in their lives. I believe your needs are true and valid. You don’t have to overextend yourself for the connections you seek. Together, we can find the patterns and cycles that contribute to the feeling of being stuck and can give voice to your emotions. Let’s create new confident cycles that feel healthy and balanced, paving the path to more fulfilling relationships. Contact me if you are looking for a culturally sensitive, patient, curious, and straightforward therapist. Connection is important; so, let’s connect and do this work together. Who knows, maybe even discover some hidden strengths along the way?
