About Me
I am a bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical social worker, educator, speaker, and consultant based in Los Angeles, CA. I am the Founder of Pa’lante Therapy, Inc. I center my work with BIPOC individuals with an emphasis on Latinx communities. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ and undocumented/DACAmented communities. As a daughter of immigrants, I draw from my lived experiences of navigating two different cultures to empathize and support my clients navigate cross-cultural conflicts. I not only empathize with my clients but also actively work to decolonize therapy and mental health practices through healing and education.
