About Me
I am a Doctor of Psychology specializing in 'Intensive EMDR Therapy' for complex trauma, PTSD, and treatment-resistant presentations. As both an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and EMDR Certified Therapist, I offer 4-day intensive EMDR therapy programs serving clients in Alaska, nationwide, and internationally through in-person sessions in Fairbanks and virtual sessions throughout Alaska. My practice focuses on trauma survivors, individuals seeking accelerated trauma healing, military veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and childhood abuse survivors. I integrate Flash Technique, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal-informed approaches with intensive EMDR therapy to provide comprehensive trauma treatment. Beyond clinical practice, I developed Elite Mental Toughness® is a research-validated suicide prevention and resilience training program that was evaluated by senior military officers and rated as superior to standard military suicide prevention training, with a large effect size (Cohen’s d = 2.53). EMT is available to organizations and individuals. I am committed to advancing EMDR practice through trauma-informed care.
