About Me

Hello. I received my license to practice as an LPC from the state of Texas in 2005. I’ve been in private practice in the San Antonio area, until recently, in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area just north of SA. My scope of practice has expanded to include both psychotherapy and somatic touch for body coherence and regulation. I support many kinds of psychological, emotional and relational issues using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, SE, CBT, and yoga therapy to help move trauma stored within the body.
