About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently offering EMDR sessions, individual psychotherapy sessions and consultation/supervision by Web. I specialize in meeting clients where they are in their healing process using intuition, clinical vision and assessments. Some treatment modalities that I enjoy interweaving into EMDR are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal FAmily Systems (IFS). I have a broad range of experience from over 20 years of working directly with children, adolescents, families and adult clients in various settings including: Residential care facilities, Schools, Courts, In home therapy, Crisis Evaluation, Outpatient Clinics in the sanctuary city of Lynn, MA and Private Practice.
