Developed by Dr. Ad de Jongh and Dr. Suzy Matthijssen, EMDR 2.0 is an innovative protocol that significantly reduces processing time by taking the working memory. An overview of EMDR 2.0 will provide the theoretical foundation of the working memory taxation theory, identify ways to motivate clients, describe techniques for enhancing activation of traumatic material, and multiple memory taxing tasks to reprocess memories with demonstrations for each phase of EMDR therapy.
