The course also emphasizes the practical application of writing SMART goals, objectives, and progress notes, with opportunities for peer interaction and feedback on documenting within the 8- phase protocol. A key component of the course is understanding the distinction between progress notes and psychotherapy notes, and how this knowledge can be used to implement accurate and ethical documentation practices in therapy settings. Finally, participants will learn to document all 8 phases of the EMDR protocol, demonstrating their ability to adhere to protocol in their documentation. This course is designed for those seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in EMDR and therapeutic documentation practices.
