Approved for 7 EMDRIA Credits

Participants must have completed an EMDRIA approved basic training in order to attend. This simultaneous in-person workshop and live webinar will review all 8 phases of the protocol as part of a one day refresher course. Lecture, video case examples, and live demonstrations will be utilized to demonstrate the tasks and skills of each phase. Participants will be able to identify the tasks and goals of each phase as well as how to case conceptualize an treatment plan for effective preparation and use of EMDR. Blocked processing strategies such as cognitive interweaves and motor interweaves will also be reviewed and demonstrated. This course is designed to review and refresh clinicians who may want more support with the 8 phases and how to implement EMDR.
