This dynamic workshop presents emerging evidence that clinical interventions informed by the working memory theory can enhance the power of EMDR therapy. Powerful strategies (and a toolkit of new techniques) will be taught which emphasize dual taxation of a client’s working memory capacity while recalling aversive memories. Research evidence included.
