Approved for 6.5 EMDRIA Credits

The E-TEP (Expanded Traumatic Episode/Event Protocol), or “Sandwich Protocol” is an innovative evolution of the traditional R-TEP developed by Brurit Laub (originator of the R-TEP, along with Elan Shapiro) and Dr. Keren Mintz Malchi (2020). It emphasizes a focused and resourced processing enveloped by two transformative resources. In this one-day training, Brurit and Keren will provide participants with knowledge and applicable skills both through lecture, live-demonstration, and video clips of therapy sessions utilizing the E-TEP. Participants will learn the structure of the protocol and recommended situations for its use, how to develop two powerful “sandwiching” resources, back-to-target strategies and unique interweaves. This advanced workshop is for EMDR therapists who have completed both levels of the Basic Training. It is also relevant for clinicians who have prior training in R-TEP or another EMDR Early Intervention Protocol.

Presenters: Brurit Laub & Keren Mintz-Malchi, Ph.D.
