This workshop will provide an overview of how utilize EMDR Therapy more effectively in the treatment of various anxiety disorders: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder and Phobias. Participants will discuss the DSM 5 diagnostic criteria of each of these anxiety disorders. We will also identify various evaluation instruments that can be employed to ensure more accurate diagnosis of these disorders as well as measure improvements made over the course of treatment. The EMDR Therapy protocols utilized in the treatment of these disorders will be outlined and participants will be provided with a live demonstration of some of these protocols. Clinical case examples of how clinicians have employed the EMDR Therapy protocols for these disorders will also be presented.
